Koji Drone - Figma Website Prototype

The Challenge: To design and prototype a simple, structured e-commerce platform for a premium aerial drone brand targeted and optimized for an analytical, mature demographic.

Design: Keeping a clean, minimalist style to exude a premium, official tone that presents information in a no fluff, direct manner. Straying away from the typical white or black backgrounds of most tech-focused sites with more muted, warm cream tones to reduce eye strain and feel more welcoming. Using IBM Plex Mono as the primary font to maintain an industrial feel that presents information with easy readability, and Iceberg in key locations, like the logo and header, to add a more interesting flair to the overall presentation.

Workspace & Layer Discipline: Ensuring file organization for production handoff, a strict layer and workspace hygiene was maintained throughout the design process. Pages are separated into both desktop and mobile, as well as low fidelity and high fidelity variations, along side global style guides and master components. Layers use clear naming conventions and a predictable, nested structure.

The Result: A responsive prototype with a design that eliminates user friction with a simple, informative layout, prepared in a production ready package for engineering handoff. The finalized mockup ensures complete layout parity across different screen dimensions, proving that dense information can scale without fracturing the user experience. The final deliverable establishes a standardized blueprint for web development that allows team members to move forward without ambiguity. This outcome effectively accelerates the production timeline by decreasing the traditional back and forth revision cycles.
